Nebiru in Brussels is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead transformation initiatives across business processes and IT. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, map AS-IS and TO-BE states, and translate needs into actionable briefs aligned with technology capabilities.

You will champion design thinking and agile practices, identify AI opportunities, support adoption of new processes, and prepare compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Digital Transformation Consultant or similar.
• Proven experience in stakeholder interviews, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and digital transformation.
• Practical experience with design thinking, service design or similar discovery/innovation methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured recommendations and actionable requirements.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging digital technologies, with the ability to identify relevant business use cases.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Professional fluency in French and Dutch, with strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business processes, organisational dynamics and pain points to establish a clear AS-IS baseline.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover, structure and challenge business needs.
• Translate business challenges into clear transformation objectives, requirements and actionable briefs.
• Help stakeholders define ambitious but realistic TO-BE visions aligned with technology capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation and AI by combining business needs with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Assess AI use cases, including their potential value and feasibility, and support prioritisation.
• Connect the dots between initiatives, identifying dependencies, overlaps and opportunities for alignment.
• Act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Prepare concise, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support adoption of new processes, digital solutions and ways of working.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation through design thinking, agile and collaborative approaches.
