• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture, challenge, and formalize requirements and transformation objectives
• Collaborate with teams to define a clear, realistic, and ambitious future vision aligned with IT capabilities and strategic goals
• Research and evaluate digital and AI opportunities leveraging market trends and best practices
• Translate business needs into actionable briefs for IT and maintain alignment throughout development
• Monitor ongoing initiatives to identify overlaps, dependencies, and strategic inconsistencies
• Prepare structured presentations and materials for senior stakeholders, making complex topics accessible
• Support adoption of new processes by guiding teams through change management and ensuring sustained usage
• Identify and assess potential AI use cases, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize them in alignment with business objectives
