Netcompany Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its international projects portfolio. You will gather, analyse and document business and user requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with developers, testers and product owners across the SDLC.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and 8+ years of BA experience, with strong knowledge of APIs, databases and system integrations, plus Agile/Scrum expertise.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of BA experience on software or application projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories and UAT.
• Ability to work with developers, architects and testers.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, POs and PMs throughout the SDLC.
• Document workflows, business rules, functional specs and system requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and application functionality.
