Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Multiskilled Technician - BMS/HVAC to manage the reliable operation and maintenance of building systems in an innovation center. You will split time between 50% BMS and 50% fieldwork, with hands-on responsibility and collaboration with the Chief Engineer and technical team.

The role requires 5+ years of building management systems experience, strong HVAC/MSR skills, and the ability to supervise external contractors while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in SHK or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience on building technical systems.
• Experience supervising external contractors is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, heating, plumbing, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Strong MSR knowledge and operation of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Qualified as an electrically instructed person.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC and building systems.
• Supervise external contractors during complex work and ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor BMS operations and optimize energy efficiency.
• Support capital projects and system commissioning with the Chief Engineer.
• Maintain documentation in CAFM/ticketing systems and technical drawings.
• Participate in on-call duty to ensure 24/7 system availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client standards.
