Job summary

P&V Group in Genk, Belgium, seeks a technically strong Project Engineer for BMS projects, from quotation to delivery, acting as the central point of contact for clients and colleagues. You will draft technical and commercial offers, coordinate engineering, execution, and other stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires a master’s degree in a technical field, strong HVAC/building automation affinity, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Strong affinity with HVAC, building automation, and BMS
• Ability to read and interpret technical specs, lastenboeken, plans, and diagrams
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, able to align multiple parties
• Clear communication with clients and colleagues in Dutch, French, and English
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BMS projects from quotation to delivery, serving as main point of contact for clients and colleagues
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and collaborate with sales to develop optimal solutions
• Manage project phases and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, construction, and other stakeholders
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality and take corrective actions as needed
• Track progress on site and ensure commitments are met, organize internal meetings, and report project status
• Proactively propose technical optimizations and identify new commercial opportunities
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, with quality and to customer expectations
