HRF is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead site managers and technicians in our Maintenance team. You will supervise 10–20 maintenance contracts, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining client relations and financial control.

The role requires a Master or equivalent, 10+ years in HVAC/energy/construction, and 5+ years of leadership. You will drive technical and commercial initiatives and ensure safety and quality across all contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years experience in HVAC, energy, construction or technical maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with contract and client management.
• Technical and commercial mindset is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; independent and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• Lead site managers and technicians.
• Oversee 10–20 maintenance contracts and monitor performance.
• Follow up preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Regularly meet with clients to review needs and provide updates.
• Prepare quotes and develop value-added extra work.
• Monitor revenue, margins, invoicing and cash flow.
• Kick off new contracts and optimize existing ones.
• Support recruitment of technical staff.
• Identify new commercial opportunities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and proper execution of contracts.
