Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Multiskilled Technician – BMS/HVAC to maintain and optimise building technical systems in our innovation center in Belgium. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and supervise external contractors, with a split focus between BMS duties and on-site fieldwork.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of Building Management System experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Apprenticeship in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or equivalent.
5+ years in maintenance and servicing of building technical systems, preferably in complex properties.
Experience supervising external contractors is advantageous.
Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
Familiarity with BMS/Desigo CC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems to maximise uptime.
Troubleshoot building technical systems independently, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Supervise external contractors during maintenance, repairs and installations.
Support capital projects and participate in system commissioning.
Document all work in CAFM/ticketing and keep technical records up to date.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client standards; participate in safety briefings.
