Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager MSM and IRL, based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Austria, or Ireland. You will lead distributor management, set pricing and annual plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth across the Mentor portfolio.

Strong negotiation, analytics, and strategic thinking are essential. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Marketing/Economics/Life Sciences/Engineering or related field
• MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in medical device/healthcare/pharma
• Experience managing distributor partners and setting commercial objectives
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor management and ensure Mentor business needs are met
• Set pricing, sales targets and KPIs for distributors
• Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Regulatory
• Develop launch strategies and portfolio profitability initiatives
• Travel up to 30% across the region
