Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Principal Bioreactor Technology & Industry Leader to drive expertise in single-use bioreactors, accessories, and upstream bioprocess requirements at the Hoegaarden site. You will collaborate with Product Managers and new product introduction teams, influence technical direction, and support customers during discussions.

You will help publish industry content and lead global, cross‑functional teams toward scalable, compliant bioprocess solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology.
• Long-standing experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing, producing protein therapeutics.
• Experience with single-use bioreactors platform(s) and upstream bioprocesses.

Responsabilités

• Provide interdisciplinary product leadership, overseeing process, performance, design and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and new product introduction teams, shaping technical direction.
• Support customer discussions and help develop technical sales tools and publications.
• Publish industry content and keep teams informed of evolving standards.
• Present to customers and user groups with detailed product information.
