Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, invites you to lead bioreactor technology in Hoegaarden. The Principal Bioreactor Technology & Industry Leader will be a subject matter expert in single-use bioreactors, guiding upstream bioprocess strategy and product direction with customers and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, publish industry content, and develop technical sales tools while aligning with evolving standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing of protein therapeutics.
• Ability to lead global cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex technical information.

Responsabilités

• Lead interdisciplinary product efforts across process, performance, design and documentation.
• Support customers and internal teams during technical discussions and solution design.
• Create technical sales tools: application notes, reports, publications, presentations.
• Publish industry content and keep teams informed of trends and evolving standards.
• Present to customers and user groups to communicate details and generate enthusiasm.
