Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Sr. Scientist to design, develop and implement bioconjugation strategies for ADCs and other targeted therapeutics, driving site-selective conjugation technology and novel linker/payload approaches.

You will execute experimental plans to improve conjugation efficiency and manufacturability of bioconjugates, collaborating across functions and mentoring colleagues with scientific rigor.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with research and development experience in relevant fields.
• Proven expertise in enzyme-based conjugation technologies and site-specific modification.
• Strong understanding of ADC design, including linkers, payloads, and conjugation strategies.
