Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine division seeks a Senior Principal Scientist/Principal Scientist – Scientific Integration at the Beerse site near Antwerp, Belgium. You will serve as the single point of contact for CMC-driven development teams, providing senior scientific leadership and delivering analytical strategies that align with regulatory expectations.

You will own project strategy, lead cross-functional analytics activities, manage budgets and timelines, and drive improvements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry or pharmacy or equivalent scientific discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with strong scientific acumen.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the Analytical Development project strategy including tasks, deliverables, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Represent Analytical Development as a core CMC team member and scientific leader for API and drug product.
• Lead cross-functional analytical development product teams across regulatory, quality, and supply-chain partners.
• Maintain deep product and analytical understanding to ensure robust deliverables and regulatory readiness.
• Leverage digital, AI-enabled and modeling approaches to strengthen analytical strategy and decision-making.
• Drive leadership and mentoring across the organization and contribute to due diligence and process improvements.
