Artemys is seeking a Senior Bid and Procurement Manager for Solar Energy Projects, working with Enerdeal on large-scale photovoltaic initiatives. The role bridges Sales and Operations, ensuring competitive, realistic bids with strong procurement strategies.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, engineering, and supply chain to deliver on-time, on-budget offers with solid margins. Fluency in French and English is required, Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in EPC, energy infrastructure, or renewables.
• Strong background in bid management, complex offer structuring, and procurement.
• Experience on projects above 1 MWp is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with PPA structures and project finance fundamentals.
• Exposure to international supply chains (EU/Asia modules).
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead EPC and PPA bids end-to-end.
• Structure technically sound, commercially competitive proposals.
• Translate client needs into robust technical, contractual, and financial solutions.
• Define and drive procurement strategy for major projects.
• Negotiate with key suppliers to secure best terms.
• Feed operational learnings back into the commercial process.
• Own the bid-to-contract handover process with the execution team.
• Build and maintain a panel of qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor market trends in solar equipment pricing and risks.
• Develop bid templates, cost models, and standard frameworks.
• Work with Legal to manage risk allocation in EPC and PPA contracts.
• Report bid pipeline, win rates, and cost benchmarks to senior management.
