Thales in Belgium is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead complex bids in high tech defence and security markets. Tubize site joins 250+ colleagues specializing in RF, C4ISR, Crypto and MACS. You will build bid plans, coordinate stakeholders, and drive pricing and risk mitigation to win contracts.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and fluency in French, Dutch and English. Public market experience and international exposure are a plus.

• Experience leading bids in complex, high tech environments.
• Ability to build bid plans, coordinate stakeholders and deliver compliant responses.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English (professional use).

Responsabilités

• Lead the bid following the internal process.
• Analyse the bid, prepare the Bid Plan and implement it.
• Provide the best winning response to customer requirements.
• Contribute to negotiations with Customers and main partners.
• Build, challenge and validate bid contents based on inputs.
• Assess risks and opportunities of the future project and mitigation approach.
• Be accountable for bid pricing/costs to secure the deal.
• Define the initial project baseline and major milestones for delivery.
• Manage a network of partners and maintain customer request database.
• Ensure successful transition to the project team and launch.
