Melexis, headquartered in Belgium, seeks an experienced Program Manager to plan, coordinate and control activities for product development within a Business Unit. You will drive projects from initiation to production, aligning with the Product Roadmap and Melexis quality standards.

You will lead diverse teams, coordinate internal and external suppliers, and mentor other project managers to ensure timely, cost-effective launches in a dynamic high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering master degree in Electronics or related field; IC Design experience is an asset.
• At least 10 years of successful project management experience in IC development with knowledge of lifecycle, tech, and quality requirements; Automotive context is a plus.
• Experience managing complex programs across domains like IC, package, and manufacturing process development.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and prioritize issues/changes by business impact.
• Effective internal and external communication skills at various organizational levels.
• Leadership and result-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Act as a liaison between development teams and product line and participate in escalation processes.
• Drive initiation of new projects and steer execution per Melexis Project Development Flow.
• Track project performance and ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate internal/external suppliers and manage risk for existing and new processes.
• Lead one or more development projects for the Product Line and drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Coach project managers to achieve individual objectives and translate product into production per quality standards.
