Melexis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee development projects and ensure achievement of technical, commercial and quality targets in line with Melexis policies. You will be the main interface to the customer, coordinating internal and external teams and driving product launches.

• 5+ years of project management experience in a related environment.
• Strong technical background in automotive, IC and/or sensor development is an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Define resource needs and craft project charter balancing customer requirements with feasibility.
• Lead project team to transfer product into production per Melexis quality standards and targets.
• Monitor performance and manage risks; escalate and report changes with customers as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers and ensure proper risk management for new processes.
