Job summary

Resillion is seeking a Medior/Senior Automation Tester – Playwright, Java, Selenium to define, implement, and continuously improve the test automation approach within a complex public-sector environment. The role requires strong technical expertise in automation, test strategy and architecture, and at least eight years of professional experience in software testing.

The candidate will lead testing activities, coordinate with analysts and developers, and coach other testers within an Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

4–8 years of demonstrable experience in software testing and test automation.
Experience clarifying functional and non-functional requirements.
Proven experience defining and leading a test automation strategy.
Experience designing or contributing to a test automation architecture.
Experience measuring and reporting automated test coverage.
Strong test planning and documentation skills.
Experience reporting on software quality to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Clarify functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
Define and drive the overall test automation strategy.
Establish the test automation architecture, tools and frameworks.
Measure, monitor and improve automated test coverage.
Design, implement, maintain and execute automated tests.
Communicate results of automated testing activities to the team and management.
Prepare structured test plans aligned with project objectives.
Coach and coordinate testing activities with other team members.
Test REST APIs and event-based communications; coordinate testing in Agile/Scrum.
