Job summary

OMP Belgium is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Test Automation) to ensure the quality of our software by promoting quality-first practices and delivering maintainable automation solutions.

You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

As a Senior Quality Engineer (Test Automation), you play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and development processes. You help teams deliver reliable software by promoting quality-first engineering practices, designing maintainable automation solutions, coaching colleagues, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

You combine deep technical expertise in test automation with a strong quality mindset. You look beyond finding defects and focus on preventing them by improving processes, tooling, collaboration, and engineering practices.

You'll join our Quality Engineering team, which builds quality into the product from the start rather than inspecting it at the end, enabling sustainable delivery of high-quality software through automation, collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement.

You are responsible for:
