Jobgether SRL seeks an Senior Integration & API Developer to design and build scalable APIs connecting business systems and AI-powered applications. The role blends Python development with AWS cloud services and AI agents, including multi-step workflows and client-facing projects.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, deploy in AWS, monitor performance, and mentor junior developers while advancing AI-powered enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in API design, development, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, RDS, SQS).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies and AI agents that retrieve information, invoke APIs or tools, make decisions, and execute multi-step workflows.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs that support business processes, system integrations, and AI-powered applications.
• Build integrations between internal systems, external platforms, Salesforce, REST APIs, and third-party services.
• Design and implement AI agent integrations capable of interacting with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and business workflows.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automation using LLMs, AI agents, tool/function calling, and API-based integrations.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and support integration solutions running in AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
