Devoteam Creative Tech Belgium is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications, including back-end services and front-end components using modern frameworks. This is an AI-augmented role requiring active integration of AI tools into daily development workflows.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews and QA, and collaborate with clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and architectural skills with CS fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of design patterns, Clean Architecture and microservices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, and modern Java frameworks.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead software architecture and design of enterprise apps with scalable Java code.
• Build robust back-end microservices and REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs.
• Develop front-end components to support full-stack delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline coding, testing and docs.
• Design AI-powered features and RAG pipelines for enterprise apps.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and QA processes.
• Mentor junior developers and communicate with clients.
