Job summary

team.blue seeks an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our AI & Data function. You will transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets, build KPIs, semantic models and data products feeding dashboards and reports across domains.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-documented data assets across a multi-brand landscape at pace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related data role.
• Strong, hands‑on proficiency with dbt (dbt Core or dbt Cloud).
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platform (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, data vault, or similar warehousing patterns.
• SQL excellence: complex transformations, window functions, tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust dbt models on Databricks transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Define KPI logic with business and analytics stakeholders for consistent domain definitions.
• Maintain semantic/presentation layer; ensure data products are reliable, tested, documented and performant.
• Apply software engineering best practices to analytics code: version control, testing, CI/CD, documentation.
• Collaborate across data domains and with business partners to onboard new data domains and interpret context.
