You will coordinate across Windows Server, Linux, IAM, databases, storage, virtualization, and deployment domains, supporting governance boards with structured options and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Senior IT infrastructure professional with enterprise experience.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with at least 500 employees.
• Broad understanding of Windows Server, Linux Red Hat, Active Directory, ADFS, modern authentication, databases, storage, virtualization, app management/deployment, data exchange platforms, RDP, containerized solutions, security principles, on-premises infra, and cloud integration.

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Requirements & Solution Analyst with a strong infrastructure background who has evolved from hands-on technical roles into analysis, solution shaping, and decision preparation. The role focuses on the early assessment of complex infrastructure requests spanning multiple server-related domains, transforming unclear business and technical demands into structured, assessable requirements. The consultant will act as the central analysis point between infrastructure teams, ensuring that needs, constraints, risks, dependencies, standards compliance, solution options, costs, and operational impacts are clearly identified before implementation decisions are made.

The position operates mainly at a requirements analysis, solution assessment, and architectural preparation level rather than as a hands-on engineering role. The environment involves complex enterprise infrastructures and requires interaction with multiple subject matter experts across infrastructure domains. Approximately 20% of the role may involve infrastructure and server architecture activities, while the primary focus remains analysis and decision support.

Your missions:

• Lead the analysis of complex IT Infrastructure requests involving multiple server-related infrastructure domains.

• Coordinate with infrastructure subject matter experts across multiple technology domains.
• Assess compliance with existing infrastructure standards and identify gaps in documentation or standards.
• Evaluate and compare possible solution approaches.
• Prepare decision-ready dossiers for governance and approval boards.
• Support infrastructure and operations teams with architectural input and decision preparation.
• Contribute to infrastructure and server architecture activities where required.
• Facilitate collaboration between multiple infrastructure teams involved in a single request.

• Gather and analyze infrastructure requirements.

• Identify constraints, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts.
• Translate technical and business inputs into structured infrastructure requirements.
• Discuss technical possibilities with infrastructure experts.
• Work with teams responsible for:

• Assess alignment with infrastructure standards.
• Identify cases where standards are unclear, incomplete, or undocumented.
• Analyze solution alternatives and associated trade-offs.
• Evaluate operational impacts and implementation implications.
• Assess cost considerations related to proposed solutions.
• Produce structured documentation and decision materials.
• Present findings and recommendations to decision-making bodies.
• Support architectural assessments and infrastructure governance activities.
• Work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage parallel requests and deadlines within a high-pressure environment.

• Brussels.
• Hybrid model with 2 days onsite per week.
