EmpHire is seeking an AI Strategy Manager in Belgium to shape the company’s data and AI agenda. You will lead strategic data initiatives, govern data quality, and collaborate with IT and analytics teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.

The role requires a Master’s in a data-related field and 5–10 years of AI/data strategy experience, with GenAI/Agentic AI exposure. Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data-related field is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in AI and data strategy.
• Experience with GenAI or Agentic AI is essential.
• Strong data governance, quality and compliance understanding.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch or French is an advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data and AI tools and platforms.
