Studio Fledge is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable AI-driven architectures for startups and growing mid-sized firms. You will advise clients, coach the Studio Fledge team, and stay hands-on in project delivery across a diverse tech stack including Node.js, Python, React, and AWS.

You will contribute to the strategic direction within Studio Fledge and Unikoo, shaping innovative solutions while fostering growth and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years as a Software Engineer with solution and application architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Python and React, plus CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Experience leading and coaching development teams.
• Experience with AI-driven development and GenAI.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and safeguard the full technical foundation of solutions with Node.js, Python and React on AWS, serverless focus.
• Define and optimize architectures ensuring scalability, security and reliability across stacks.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality apps with security and performance in mind.
• Advise clients on technology choices and assist in delivery with stakeholders.
