Studio Fledge is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Engineer to drive the development of AI-powered platforms and software solutions for SMEs and scale-ups. You will design scalable architectures and work with Node.js, Python, React, and AWS serverless.

You will guide tech choices, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor team members, delivering secure, high-performance applications while balancing client needs and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Principal Full-Stack Engineer with backend focus.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and Python, React; experience with CI/CD.

Responsabilités

As a Principal Full-Stack Developer at Studio Fledge, you will drive the development and delivery of impactful software platforms and AI-powered applications. You will work with diverse technologies and frameworks to bring our clients’ visions to life, from concept to fully functional products. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing robust mobile and web applications, leveraging our core tech stack: NodeJS, Python, React, and AWS’ serverless stack.
• Collaborating in defining and optimizing technical architectures to ensure secure, scalable connections between backend and frontend components.
• Delivering high-quality applications on time, with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
• Guiding clients in technological choices, helping to identify the best solutions for their specific needs.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Contributing to team growth by actively participating in team-building and coaching initiatives.

Are you a perfect fit for this role? Our ideal Principal Full-Stack Engineer brings the following skills and expertise:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Principal Full-Stack Engineer, with a proven track record in backend development and familiarity with frontend technologies.
• Strong expertise in key technologies such as Node.js and Python, React and experience with CI/CD processes (e.g.,GitHub Actions).
• Experience with data engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and generative AI is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• A positive, constructive attitude with a natural ability to guide others while remaining open to different perspectives.
• Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge, enabling you to build high-quality, scalable products.
• Passion, drive, and the mindset to continuously learn and innovate with a dedicated team.
