Job summary

Studio Fledge seeks a Lead AI Engineer to own the technical direction and delivery of AI projects, collaborating with clients to design scalable systems. You will architect alongside engineers, mentor the team, and shape AI strategy from discovery to production.

You’ll work across the full lifecycle, building with Python, LangGraph, and AWS serverless stack, while driving best practices and ensuring high quality outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with LLM-based systems: RAG, agents, embeddings, prompt pipelines, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI systems (agent-based or RAG architectures).
• Lead technical architecture across the AI stack: APIs, services, data flows, infrastructure.
• Build production AI applications using Python, LangGraph, and the AWS serverless stack.
• Research emerging GenAI patterns and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Define best practices around reliability, safety, observability and MLOps.
