eXalt Belgium seeks a Senior Data Governance & AI Transformation Manager to lead the data governance framework for AI, ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, and automate governance at scale. You will own data strategy for AI training, RAG systems, and regulatory audits, while guiding Responsible AI initiatives.

You will collaborate across data, legal, and security teams to secure data lineage, privacy posture, and governance automation, in a Brussels hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Governance or Master Data Management with transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act and how it translates to data architecture.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete data controls.

Responsabilités

• Define and own AI data governance policies for training and RAG systems.
• Evaluate AI use cases for data readiness and risk; authority to block projects.
• Implement AI-driven tools to automate data governance tasks (labeling, classification).
• Define data delegation rules and hard limits for autonomous agents.
• Lead Responsible AI policy and ensure clear ownership for every model.
