Rhox is seeking an AI Security Expert to assess AI/GenAI use, governance and security risks across the organization, with a focus on compliance with the European AI Act and GDPR interactions.

You will inventory tools, interview stakeholders, draft an evidence-based improvement plan, and brief the CISO and top management under tight timelines, delivering clear recommendations for safer deployment of AI.

Qualifications

• Senior expertise in AI/GenAI security with broad direction.
• Experience conducting AI/GenAI risk assessments including shadow AI.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible-use policies and accountability frameworks.
• Knowledge of European AI Act requirements and GDPR interaction.
• Ability to assess prompt injection, data leakage, model security and adversarial ML.
• Familiarity with AI risk and audit methods (NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001).
• Clear, concise reporting to the CISO under time pressure.
• Dutch or French (B2); English (B2).
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

• Ability to assess prompt injection, data leakage, model security and adversarial ML.
• Familiarity with AI risk and audit methods, including NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
• Clear, concise reporting to the CISO and management under time pressure.
• Dutch or French (B2); English (B2).
• Master's degree or equivalent extensive relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer, AI governance certifications, CISSP or CISM.
