SailPeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm, seeks a Consultant with 4+ years to work on AI-related projects for banking and financial services clients. You will translate roadmaps into requirements, act as bridge between business and AI/tech teams, and help optimize processes.

You will contribute to internal AI initiatives, support testing and adoption, track KPIs, align priorities with stakeholders, and position yourself for a future leadership role as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as Business Analyst/Consultant.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering & process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Translate roadmaps into business requirements, user stories and specs.
• Bridge between business and AI/tech teams for aligned delivery.
• Document and optimize processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Improve processes with AI-powered solutions and automation.
