SailPeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm, seeks a Consultant with 4+ years in Business Analysis to work on AI projects for banking and insurance clients. You will help grow our AI offerings and contribute to internal AI initiatives.

You will translate roadmaps into requirements, bridge business and AI teams, and document processes and specifications while advocating for automation and AI integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, VAs, speech-to-text).
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate the Product Roadmap into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Act as the bridge between business and AI/tech teams, ensuring alignment and delivery.
• Document and optimize processes, workflows, and functional specifications; identify automation opportunities.
• Improve business processes by spotting inefficiencies and proposing AI-powered solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide insights and reporting on performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Demonstrate a proactive commitment for long-term transitioning into a management or leadership role as the portfolio expands.

About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant with 4+ years of experience, working on AI-related projects to join our growing team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to internal initiatives focused on AI solutions to expand the company’s offering.

You will:

• Translate the Product Roadmap into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.

• Document and optimize process flows, workflows, and functional specifications , identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.

• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.

• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital and AI-enabled solutions.

• Demonstrate a proactive commitment for a long-term transitioning into a management or leadership role as the team and portfolio expand.

You bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant

• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, VAs, speech-to-text, digital assistants).

• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Language Skills

Fluency in English and French/Dutch

Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
