SailPeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm, seeks a Consultant with 4+ years to work on AI-related projects for banking and financial services clients. You will translate roadmaps into requirements, act as bridge between business and AI/tech teams, and help optimize processes.

You will contribute to internal AI initiatives, support testing and adoption, track KPIs, align priorities with stakeholders, and position yourself for a future leadership role as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as Business Analyst/Consultant.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions.

About The Role

We are looking for a Consultant with 4+ years of experience, working on AI-related projects to join our growing team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to internal initiatives focused on AI solutions to expand the company’s offering.

You will

• Translate the Product Roadmap into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Act as the bridge between business and AI/tech teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Document and optimize process flows, workflows, and functional specifications, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Improve business processes by spotting inefficiencies and proposing AI-powered solutions (chatbots, digital assistants, intelligent agents).
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide insights and reporting on performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics to guide decision‑making.
• Demonstrate a proactive commitment for a long‑term transitioning into a management or leadership role as the team and portfolio expand.

You bring to the table

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, VAs, speech-to-text, digital assistants).
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Language Skills

Fluency in English and French/Dutch.

Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.

• You’ll be working independently & autonomously.
• Passion for growing, building, and continuous learning, especially around the developments within AI and Data Science.
