Oper, a European fintech, invites an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer to join our Antwerp office on a hybrid setup. You will design, build, and ship product and customer‑facing software across the platform, from back‑end services and APIs to front‑end journeys and internal tooling.

You will work with Python (Django or FastAPI) and Angular, leverage AI tooling as a core part of development, and ensure end‑to‑end quality while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• Full-stack Python (Django or FastAPI) and Angular.
• REST APIs and integration experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic technical choices.
• Fluency in English; Dutch/French/German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship full-stack features across the platform.
• Design robust APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Own end-to-end quality from architecture to deployment.
