Onepoint Group in Belgium seeks a hands-on Python developer focused on AI/LLM and data-driven use cases. You will design and build robust components and prototype PoCs for LLMs, collaborating with business and IT to align roadmaps.

Lead AI workshops for tech teams, gather requirements, and define target workflows. You will champion best practices in testing and CI/CD while exploring complementary blockchain contexts when relevant.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on Python development.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLMs, with the ability to explain them to non-experts.
• Experience building data pipelines and querying SQL across structured/unstructured data.
• Git, testing, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD practices.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder skills to gather requirements and collaborate with IT.

Responsabilités

• Design and build robust Python components for AI/LLM and data-driven use cases.
• Lead AI workshops for tech teams; explain AI concepts, limitations and perspectives; train teams for business projects.
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and write technical use cases.
• Build prototypes/PoCs for LLMs and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, testing, limited production rollout).
• Collaborate closely with business and IT to bridge needs and solutions (roadmap, prioritization, product refinement).
• Contribute to architecture and best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring), without being tied to any single proprietary product.
• Explore complementary applications (light blockchain components: CORDA, Hyperledger) when relevant to use cases.
