Onepoint in Brussels is seeking a hands-on Python developer to contribute to AI/LLM and data-driven projects. You will design robust components, build PoCs, and collaborate with IT and business teams to translate needs into technical workflows.

Requirements include 3–5 years of Python experience, solid AI/ML understanding, data pipelines with SQL, and good practices with Git, testing, Docker, and CI/CD. Fluency in English is essential, and strong stakeholder management is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and how LLMs work.
• Proven ability to design data pipelines and perform SQL queries on structured and unstructured data.
• Good development practices including Git, testing, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder skills to gather requirements and collaborate with IT.

Responsabilités

• Design and build robust Python components for AI/LLM and data-driven use cases.
• Lead and facilitate AI workshops for tech teams: explain AI concepts, limitations, and perspectives; train teams to approach business projects effectively.
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and write technical use cases: clarify needs, formalize inputs, and define target workflows.
• Build prototypes/PoCs for LLMs and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, testing, limited production rollout).
• Collaborate closely with business and IT to bridge needs and solutions (roadmap, prioritization, product refinement).
• Contribute to architecture and best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring), without being tied to any single proprietary product.
• Explore complementary applications (light blockchain components: CORDA, Hyperledger) when relevant to use cases.
