In4Matic seeks a Senior AI Engineer to transform innovative AI concepts into robust, production-ready solutions. You will own technical delivery of complex AI applications with emphasis on reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience designing, building or leading production AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on Python development with LLM tooling and RAG systems.
• Practical knowledge of Azure AI services and AKS deployments.
• Experience with data pipelines, security and observability for AI apps.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement end-to-end RAG solutions from retrieval to answer generation.
• Build data ingestion, embedding generation, document chunking, and data refresh pipelines.
• Apply document-level access controls and security for AI responses.
• Create agent orchestration, prompts, and guardrails for reliability and safety.
• Develop evaluation frameworks: offline tests, retrieval metrics, and tracing.
• Prepare production assets with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes manifests, and pipelines.
• Implement observability and cost-monitoring for latency and token use.
• Assist early production deployments with incident analysis and handover docs.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, secure AI services.
