Sopra Steria is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Data & AI team. You will design, build and industrialize AI solutions that solve concrete business problems and can be used in real operational environments.

You will train, fine-tune and deploy ML/AI models, writing production-ready Python code for online, batch and real-time use cases. Collaborating with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers and AI Architects, you will help deliver AI use cases from concept to production and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI-related roles (ML Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps).
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI in production.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG in production.
• Strong software engineering background; write production-ready Python code.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and industrialize AI solutions for real operational environments.
• Train, fine-tune and deploy ML/AI models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers and AI Architects to integrate components.
• Support clients on operating and improving solutions over medium to long term.
