Koda Tech is seeking an AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI delivery for client projects, turning models into production-ready solutions with measurable impact. You will work on deployable AI systems deployed, monitored, and scaled in production environments.

In this hands-on role you’ll translate business problems into AI solutions, design models, build Generative AI apps (LLMs, RAG), deploy in the cloud, and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid Belgium-based setup.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in machine learning and data science principles.
• Commercial Python experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts such as embeddings, RAG, and prompt optimisation.
• Ability to write clean, production-ready code.
• Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments.
• Comfort across full lifecycle from raw data to monitored production systems.
• Clear communication for client-facing or cross-functional work.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Translate business problems into deployable AI solutions.
