ENTICO ICT seeks a Senior Functional/Business Analyst with hands-on AI/LLM experience to guide the migration of existing applications to a new platform, enhancing them with AI capabilities and LLM integrations. The role emphasizes strong API knowledge and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least five years as a Functional/Business Analyst, solid technical acumen, and proven experience in stakeholder management and AI-driven use cases.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Business Analyst.
• Experience analyzing and developing complex use cases.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Experience with AI/LLM applications is important.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Strong in stakeholder management.
• Experience with conversational AI/chatbots is a plus.
• Demonstrable (practical) experience with AI/LLMs and integrations.
