Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Voice AI Engineer in Ghent to shape the future of voice AI and conversational automation. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions for voice-driven applications using LLMs, STT, TTS and NLU.

You’ll work with structured and unstructured data, explore vector databases and AI agent frameworks, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture with a competitive salary and hybrid work model in Ghent.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in AI engineering, ML, NLP, data science or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI and ML solutions for voice-driven apps.
• Develop conversational AI systems using LLMs, STT, TTS and NLU.
• Build intelligent voice agents for customer service, scheduling, lead qualification, and automation.
• Engineer data pipelines and feature extraction for large conversational datasets.
