Donna is developing a cutting-edge AI sales assistant for field teams. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will build reliable LLM-powered features, manage context and orchestrate multiple agents to deliver accurate, personalized outputs.

You’ll own features end-to-end, balancing user needs with product and technical trade-offs. You’ll collaborate with Product and Design, work from our Ghent office, and shape the product with global ambitions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building LLM-powered features for a software product.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to work from the Ghent office in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve agent harnesses, including context management and tool use.
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents and implement advanced RAG systems.
• Own features from problem understanding through scoping, development and rollout.
