Jobgether is seeking a Senior AI Content Specialist based in Belgium to shape the quality and personality of conversational AI through training content and rigorous evaluation. The role blends writing, editing, data labeling, and hands-on AI testing, with a focus on adult-oriented conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience writing or editing training data for conversational AI.
• Experience in the adult industry (erotic content) and with related platforms.
• Hands-on work with chatbots and large language models, including dataset creation and evaluation.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Ability to establish content standards for style, tone, explicitness, and quality.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine text datasets used to train conversational AI.
• Create original text datasets aligned with target conversational style and audience.
• Test chatbot versions, evaluate responses, and provide actionable feedback.
• Label and annotate data to support model training and evaluation.
• Create additional content to support product and content development.
• Maintain high production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Establish guidelines for writing style, tone, explicitness, and quality standards.
• Identify whether issues originate from training data, prompts, or model behavior, and propose solutions.
• Evaluate conversational effectiveness, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention.
• Provide precise feedback to improve AI-generated interactions.
