YO IT Consulting is seeking a Copywriting & Content SME for a remote, hourly contractor role. You will review AI-generated outputs and craft expert copy to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and clear explanations across multiple formats.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in copywriting/editorial roles, excellent English, and the ability to provide precise, actionable feedback with gold-standard rewrites. This is a contract, part-time position with flexible hours for global time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting, content writing, editorial, content marketing, or brand storytelling experience.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience-aware writing in B2B/B2C contexts.
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency, including headlines and CTAs.
• Familiarity with AI data training/annotation and content QA is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold-standard copy across formats to guide AI learning.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate AI responses for clarity, tone, and factual reliability.
• Ensure Model Integrity: test outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and brand-risk issues; provide actionable feedback.
