• Hands-on SEO experience and optimization for AI-driven search (GEO/AEO).
• Strong knowledge of AI writing and editing tools and when human judgment is essential.
• Experience creating content for software/SaaS or technical products and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Independent, fast-paced worker with proactive decision-making and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content direction, set editorial priorities and topics with high value.
• Edit and improve new and existing content for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and editing while maintaining quality.
• Lead and coach a small writers team with constructive feedback.
• Own content performance, track results and guide improvements with data.
• Improve visibility through SEO and AI-powered search optimization (GEO/AEO).
• Experiment with topics and formats, scale successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, developers and product teams to translate technical knowledge into reader-friendly content.
