Accenture is seeking an AI Lead Architect to define and oversee the AI adoption strategy within the S&PE capability, including governance and responsible AI practices. You will shape AI offerings, build assets and accelerators, and develop the AI skill set across the organization to support future delivery projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, engineering, data/AI, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT architecture and consulting experience.
• Proven AI, data platforms and cloud technology expertise.
• Fluency in English plus French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Define AI adoption strategy within S&PE, governance, ways of working, and responsible AI practices.
• Shape the S&PE AI offering, creating assets, accelerators, and delivery models for cross-industry use.
• Identify and develop the AI skill set needed within the capability (training, recruitment, knowledge sharing).
• Shaping and delivering complex client projects by providing an AI/architecture perspective, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions.
• Drive strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation and impact.
• Act as a leader in AI within S&PE, fostering innovation and guiding client discussions.
• Contribute to sales and opportunity shaping by bringing an AI architecture viewpoint.
