Reynaers Aluminium is seeking a Senior Agentic Software Engineer to design cloud-native solutions on the Microsoft platform and guide AI-driven development.

You will work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team, applying AI tools to generate code, tests, and documentation while ensuring reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with C#, .NET, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with React and Azure Cloud.
• Understanding of CQRS and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and AI governance is a plus.

What You Do as a Senior Agentic Software Engineer

As a Senior Agentic Software Engineer, you work alongside passionate colleagues to develop innovative software products and AI-driven engineering workflows.

You are part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team that develops modern cloud-native applications on the Microsoft platform. In addition, you play an active role in the transformation toward AI-assisted and agentic software development.

Where software development once consisted primarily of manually writing code, today you increasingly collaborate with AI systems. You use AI tools and software agents to perform analyses, generate code, create tests, produce documentation, and automate repetitive engineering tasks.

You are responsible not only for building software but also for effectively guiding, evaluating, and improving AI-driven development processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable software solutions based on .NET and Azure.
• Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions as an integral part of your daily workflow.
