Inetum is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Delivery & Governance Consultant to shape AI-enabled delivery practices across modern IT environments. The role focuses on integrating agentic AI into software delivery, governance, and project management with strong control and compliance.

The position entails defining operating models, governance frameworks, and end-to-end delivery flows, while collaborating with stakeholders and leading workshops for successful pilot initiatives and scalable AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in IT governance or software delivery management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI agents.
• Hands-on design of operating models, governance processes and controls.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement an Agentic AI operating model within software delivery and IT project environments.
• Identify opportunities where AI agents can support delivery with governance and human oversight.
• Design governance frameworks covering roles, responsibilities, decision-making, auditability, access management, and risk control.
• Integrate Agentic AI practices into Agile and project delivery methodologies.
• Define how AI can support requirements gathering, user stories, planning, risk management, reporting, traceability, and release prep.
• Design AI-enabled delivery flows across architecture, development, testing, security reviews, documentation, and deployment.
• Translate business and delivery requirements into tooling and integration needs.
• Facilitate workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
• Support pilot initiatives, PoCs, and scaling of AI-enabled delivery capabilities.

This assignment focuses on integrating Agentic AI capabilities into software delivery processes, governance frameworks, and project management methodologies while maintaining strong control, quality, security, and compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement an Agentic AI operating model within software delivery and IT project environments.


• Identify opportunities where AI agents can support delivery activities while establishing appropriate human oversight and governance.


• Design governance frameworks covering roles, responsibilities, decision-making, auditability, access management, and risk control.


• Integrate Agentic AI practices into Agile and project delivery methodologies.


• Define how AI can support requirements gathering, user stories, planning, risk management, reporting, traceability, and release preparation.


• Design AI-enabled delivery flows across architecture, software development, testing, security reviews, documentation, and deployment activities.


• Translate business and delivery requirements into tooling and integration needs.


• Facilitate workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.


• Support pilot initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and the scaling of AI-enabled delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in IT governance, project delivery, or software delivery management.


• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks.


• Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop governance concepts.


• Hands-on experience designing operating models, governance processes, controls, and decision frameworks.


• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, CI/CD, and release management.


• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.


• Experience working with Azure DevOps and modern software engineering practices.


• Knowledge of architecture governance, APIs, integration patterns, and traceability frameworks.


• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance, or AI observability is considered a strong asset.
