Credendo seeks a senior consultant to define and validate an Agentic AI operating model within IT project delivery. You will align governance with PRINCE2 Agile, ensuring end-to-end traceability from demand to release while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders in a hybrid Brussels setup.

The role requires strong IT governance experience, Generative AI and AI agents knowledge, and proficiency in English (Dutch or French acceptable).

Arrangements: Full time; hybrid, combining remote work with on-site presence in Brussels as required. Administrative listing: approximately 2 months, ASAP–31/12/2026. Working conditions state that start date, duration and level of engagement are to be agreed based on availability and project planning.

Credendo wants to structurally integrate Agentic AI into how IT projects are prepared, governed and delivered. The senior consultant will define and validate a delivery approach that fits the existing PRINCE2 Agile methodology. The scope spans the full software delivery lifecycle and the governance needed for controlled adoption.

The assignment combines operating-model design with practical delivery processes and controls. It addresses human accountability, agent ownership, segregation of duties, access rights, auditability and escalation. Azure DevOps and ServiceNow integration requirements must support traceability from demand through change and release. Pilots or proofs of concept will inform recommendations for industrialisation and scaling.

The consultant will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, including project management, architecture, development, testing, security and operations. The assignment is hybrid, with on-site presence in Brussels as required. The administrative listing specifies full time and an end date of 31/12/2026, while the working conditions leave start date, duration and engagement level subject to agreement.

Responsibilities

• Define Agentic AI operating model: Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery.
• Identify agent and human responsibilities: Identify which activities can be supported by AI agents and which responsibilities must remain human, including human-in-the-loop controls, agent ownership, segregation of duties, access rights, auditability and escalation.
• Integrate PRINCE2 Agile governance: Integrate the operating model into PRINCE2 Agile governance, including portfolio and Project Board governance, roles, tolerances, management by exception, stage and release planning, risk, quality and change management.
• Define agent delivery support: Define how AI agents can support requirements, epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, traceability, release preparation and lessons learned.
• Design controlled delivery flow: Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, software development, code and security reviews, testing, technical documentation and release preparation.
• Specify toolchain integration requirements: Translate the model into requirements for the existing toolchain, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, with end-to-end traceability from demand through change and release.
• Support pilots and scaling: Support pilots or proofs of concept and formulate recommendations for further industrialisation and scaling.
• Deliver operating model principles: Agentic AI target operating model and governance principles.

Additional Responsibilities

• Document roles and controls: Roles and responsibilities, RACI, agent catalogue and human-in-the-loop control model.
• Map PRINCE2 Agile governance: Mapping to PRINCE2 Agile, including decision gates, tolerances, exception handling and escalation.
• Deliver project delivery process: End-to-end Agentic AI-enabled project and software delivery process.
• Define quality security framework: Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, quality and security control framework.
• Deliver traceability integration model: Traceability model and integration requirements for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Deliver pilot scaling recommendations: Pilot or proof-of-concept approach and recommendations for scaling.
• Collaborate across stakeholder functions: The consultant will work closely with business, project management, architecture, development, testing, security and operations stakeholders, and translate the target model into practical processes, controls, templates, tooling requirements and pilot use cases.
• Senior-level experience in IT governance.
• Senior-level experience in project delivery.
• Strong practical knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PRINCE2 Agile; professional certification is not requested.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across management and technical teams.
