Alstom in Belgium, based in Charleroi, seeks a Finance professional to join the Accounting Department, coordinating general accounting and treasury while supporting process improvements. You will interact with Belgian sites and India SSC to ensure accurate entries and timely close.

Responsibilities include payroll accounting for Belgium, hedge accounting supervision, regulatory compliance, and auditors' liaison, with cross-functional collaboration across HR and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Finance degree with specialization in Accounting/Management Control and 10 years in a similar role.
• Dynamic, proactive, and able to manage change in a diverse stakeholder environment.
• Strong English proficiency; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in month-end closing processes, focusing on provisions and supplier data reconciliation.
• Support Balance Sheet Reconciliation campaigns with shared service centers per Group schedule.
• Prepare and analyze payroll-related accounting entries for Belgium.
• Supervise hedge accounting entries processed at the shared service center in India.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with HR, Treasury, and auditors.
