Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Nova Reperta is a fast‑growing consulting group active in strategy, transformation and digital. Through several entities we generate approximately €20 M in revenue with 85 employees and freelancers. We are looking for a hands‑on finance professional who enjoys combining accounting, financial control, reporting and continuous improvement. This is a broad and visible role that offers the opportunity to become a trusted finance partner for management and to grow with the company.

As Senior Accountant / Finance Manager you will play a central role in supporting the growth and professionalisation of our consulting group. Working closely with the partners and management team, you will ensure reliable financial operations while helping strengthen reporting, cash management and finance processes.

This is not a traditional accounting role. Beyond day‑to‑day accounting you will contribute to decision‑making, support the evolution of our systems and processes, and progressively shape the future finance function of the group.

Qualifications we value
