Drees & Sommer Belgium is seeking a dedicated project scheduler for a high‑tech semiconductor EPCM project. You will develop and maintain schedules and execution plans, coordinating with PM, Engineering, Construction, and external stakeholders on a demanding on‑site assignment across Europe.

The role requires several years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or degree in construction-related field (Technician/Engineer) such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Several years of experience in project scheduling within the industrial sector, preferably semiconductor.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software, especially Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• PMP or comparable certification is advantageous but not required.
• Fluent English; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for an exciting semiconductor manufacturing project within our EPCM Industry Business Unit
• Coordinate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary set up including Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, and external stakeholders to define and review work packages
• Take responsibility for developing and maintaining schedule and resource plans aligned with project objectives by identifying critical issues and deriving effective mitigation strategies
• Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations, assess impacts, and provide recommendations for corrective action
• Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks and opportunities, and support schedule control and implementation using the LEAN method.
